Full and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the Dental Insurance Plan, which offers 2 levels of coverage and allows you to select the dentist of your choice. |

GROUP LIFE INSURANCE
All full-time employees will receive group life insurance, paid for by American . The benefit is equal to your annual compensation (rounded to the next higher $1,000). Your maximum benefit will not exceed $50,000 or be less than $13,000. |

SHORT TERM DISABILITY PLAN
Short Term Disability Plan Full-time employees are eligible for the company sponsored plan. Eligibility begins on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. The maximum benefit is 13 weeks of coverage. |

LONG TERM DISABILITY PLAN
Should a full-time employee suffer a long term disability, he/she is financially assisted by our Disability Income Plan. The benefit begins day 91 and may dovetail with our Short Term Disability Plan. |

American’s Flexible Benefit Plan allows full and part-time employees the opportunity to reduce taxable earnings by setting aside part of your earnings before federal, state, and social security taxes are withheld from your paycheck.
