American is looking for energetic, driven, quality managers that have the vision and leadership to run their own commission sales floor consisting between 9 to 15 sales professionals. After completing American's management training program called LEAP (Leadership Education & Advancement Program) you will recruit, coach, motivate and retain your commissioned sales team who would be passionate about providing positive memorable customer experiences. When placed as a Sales Manager you can earn between $50 - $60K in your first year. Goal-oriented leaders that promote a healthy work environment thrive at American. Sales Managers work every weekend and some evenings, averaging between 45-50 hours a week.

Requirements:
Qualified applicants will have
•Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of retail management experience
•2 years + sales experience, and be available to work nights and weekends

In addition, we are seeking highly ambitious and energetic people to work carefully with our customers in purchasing the best product for their specific needs. Sales Associates work every weekend and several evenings – averaging 42-48 hours a week.

Compensation: Sales Associates are paid on an hourly basis thorough training. At any time up to 4 months following date of hire, these sales associates can elect a one-time option to convert to commission earnings. Once the sales associate elects to convert to commissions earning, to occur no later than 4 months following the date of hire, all sales compensation will be on a commission basis with a floor provided under Section 7i.

American maintains an attractive and competitive commission program for its sales associate; commission is normally paid on the profit of an item sold and delivered; the amount of commission earned will vary by department , the item is sold in and the category of the product.
