As a Customer Assistance Manager you will set performance expectations for associates on your team, provide the training and coaching necessary to meet or exceed those expectations, and work with other departments to improve customer service and productivity. The successful completion of Customer Assistance Developer and Educator Training (CADET) program will position you for placement as a Customer Assistance Manager.
Contract Account Sales Management - The Contract Accounts Division is designed to develop working partnerships with builders of single and multi-family new construction, kitchen design centers and remodels. In this position you will spend the majority of your time building relationships with accounts in the housing industry. You will work with all areas of our company; sales, deliveries, service, and accounting to exceed the expectations of your accounts. The successful completion of our Building Leadership, Developing Relationships (BLDR) training program will position you to be successful as you move to your new account manager position.
